Fjelborg Design Is Minimal, Functional

Fjeldborg Design is a Copenhagen-based design studio who is bridging the gap between design and functionality. They have a very simply philosophy in that they want to incorporate a piece’s function into its actual physical structure, instead of building around the structure. This makes for minimal, yet visually-appealing products.

Pictured above is the Vaeg Light. If you notice, the cords and sockets are actually part of the products’ design, which is consistent with with their design philosophy.
